Please utilize this calendar when selecting two days at enrollment to ensure your child attends your desired days for each week. The two selected days at enrollment may not be changed throughout the summer to ensure proper staffing ratios. Parents must provide lunch and a drink for their children during full day care unless noted on the Summer Calendar. Valley Kids staff will be unable to refrigerate and/or heat up food. All packed food must be ready to eat. All Valley Kids students and staff will be provided 1 Valley Kids Eagles Camp t-shirt. These are to be worn on all off-site field trips noted on the calendar. * An automatic 2.99% fee will be applied to all online payments. Invoicing Invoices are generated each Wednesday for the upcoming service week via the email address listed on your child’s registration. Payment on your account is due by Monday of each week with a late fee assessed on Tuesday (if the account balance is not paid in full). Valley Kids is fee-based, with weekly tuition covering all operating costs, including field trips and special activities. Therefore, the program relies on prompt payments from parents in order to operate the program. Tuition fees occur weekly regardless of attendance to the program. The enrolling parent is financially responsible for weekly tuition fees and ensuring they are paid on time. If for any reason you withdraw from Valley Kids and later need to utilize the program, re-registration is required. Nutrition and Food Milk and juice alongside breakfast and snacks are included for all participants. As a part of our Valley Kids program, we strive to offer our students healthy snack options. If you send food items with your child, they must be eaten during the scheduled time for breakfast or snack. If your child has special dietary needs, this must be listed in your enrollment form. If you are concerned with the breakfast and snack options we offer, it will be the parent's responsibility to provide breakfast and snacks daily. A complete list of food offered can be provided upon request.
